Ozone System

UV Sterilizer

This system is used to eliminate bacteria and other microorganisms in water storage tanks, pipelines, and containers, as well as to prevent bacterial growth. UV treatment also effectively inhibits moss growth.

UF

Ultrafiltration intercepts macromolecular substances and impurities ranging from 0.002 to 0.1 μm. It allows small molecules and soluble solids, such as inorganic salts, to pass while blocking colloids, proteins, microorganisms, and large organic molecules. The system operates at 1-4 bar pressure and uses membrane and shell separable technology for easy maintenance and cleaning.

RO

The reverse osmosis membrane element can withstand CIP disinfection treatments. The outer shell is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and stainless steel, with polished and passivated inner walls and pipes to prevent microbial growth. The valve table, seal ring, and all pipelines are welded using German automatic welding equipment, ensuring compliance with FDA hygienic standards and water hammer resistance. The pure water recovery rate exceeds 80%.
