Liquor & Alcohol Filling Machine (Glass bottle ROPPCrown metal cap)
The filling process utilizes a bottle bottom holding mechanism to transport bottles into the filling machine via a threaded bottle star wheel. Bottles are then secured by a lifting device for controlled vertical movement, guided by a lifting cam and down pressure cam. Precision filling is employed, where the valve opens when the bottle neck contacts it, initiating the filling process. After filling, the bottle neck descends, disengages from the valve, and the bottle is guided out of the machine and onto a conveyor chain.
